"Charlotte's Web" 16x20 Acrylic on wood. I chose to paint this picture because I love spiders and I find it fascinating how something so thin and delicate like a web can hold droplets of water without breaking. I also liked all the different shades of green in the foliage.

"Full" 16x12 Acrylic on canvas. Inspired both by the beauty and magnificence of space and Carl Sagan's quote, "We are made of starstuff."
"Identity" 11x7.5 Graphite on paper. Dealing with gender stereotypes and constructs, like how flowers are "feminine" and therefore for "girls" only. Photo of Cykeem White taken by Ricardo Horatio Nelson.

"Reflection" 7.5x11 Graphite on paper.
"Gaze" 6.5x5.25 White colored pencil on black construction paper. I used my face
for reference when needed.
"Mosaic" 11x7.5 Colored pencil and graphite on paper.
"Fall" 12x9 Graphite on paper. Photo of Phil Sullivan taken by Djimi Williams
"Avatar" 8x10 Acrylic on canvas. From a picture I took of my little brother, who says
the painting reminds him of an Avatar.
